1) The Production Run Index for the current Shift are up to date.
2.1) Daily Production Report Index at Start of Shift
2.2) Daily Report Records are added to the Index
2.3 ) Daily Report Records are Colorized for Clarity
3) DPR Records are entered and can be edited
1) Production Run Configurations must match the actual PRESS configurations for that Shift.
2) The Current Shift must be selected in the Index View
The ADD SHIFT REPORT button is pushed to bring in the current PART in Production for the shift
3) DPR Records are Edited to record quanity, scrap and downtime
Any time, if anything in a PR Config is changed,the Production Run is closed,
PARTS are counted
and if a new Production Run is Started & setup
THEN a new DPR line can Added to the DPR list.
Entering Daily Production Records is now more accurate & much Easier and Efficient.
The Supervisor does not have to enter any of the details of the actual PART
All aspects of a PART DPR can be entered and edited easily.
