PR's are groupings of WO's on a Specific PRESS
PR's are groupings of WO's on a Specific PRESS
PR's can be Pre-Scheduled for each PRESS.
BUT there can only be one ACTIVE "In Production" PR per PRESS
PR's are allowed to evolve (Roll Over) from the current PR to a new one as WO's Change.
A PR is a unique combination of the WO's/ Parts, Cavities, Die Molds and Material Resin.
Changes in any one of these can effect the Quality of the products.
AS A RESULT, any change will trigger an new PR ID to be generated.
PR's are classified by Production Status, there are:
Created
Scheduled
In Setup
In Production
On Hold
Completed
Cancelled
Each Status reflects the level of activity and readiness of the PRESS.
The PR Status can only moved ahead by the Supervisor changing a parameters or element of the PR.
