This is a Planning and Development screen and Training Page
A fluid concept that requires an Unique index number every time an element of production on a Press changes.
Changes can Trigger; a new KPP, a new QA 1st Off and or a New Production Reporting Row.
Elements of a Production Run Unique Config ID, that might change are:
Press#
WO in Die Space 1
WO in Die Space 2
WO in Die Space 3
WO in Die Space 4
Resin Lot
-------------------------------------------
1 or more Work Orders can be scheduled in and out of a Run on a Press, while 1 or more of the Work Orders remain on the Press. Each change, we track with an incremental & unique PR ID.
Each time a WO is changed, a new KPP is done and a new QA 1St & series of QC sheets for that Die Space is generated for that WO.
Work Orders can be PRE scheduled to for a Press (for a Die Space) so that the Plant Workers know which WO to set in the Press Next.
If a Work Order changes, a check box will appear on the Production Run Screen, requiring confirmation of a new QA 1st sheet to be completed.
This will also trigger an incremental change in the Production Run Unique Config ID.
Each time "anything changes" that effects the Dynamics of the Press, a KPP needs to be done.
For the KPP - If the Production Run Unique ID changes;
A NOTE will appear on the Production Run Screen requiring a KPP Zero to be Completed and
the KPP Button on the Supervisors KPP Screen will now state that a KPP Zero is ready to be ENTERED.
Resin lot changes do not change the Dynamics of the Press, but may change the Dynamics of the products pieces produced, so must be tracked differently, from the Prior Resin Lot, with a new Daily Production Report ROW.
