This screen displays the 4 Die Spaces on a Press, related values, and decision Checkboxes, that direct Supervisors manage the Quality Control of the Press and the workorders.

Schedule PR by setting Start Dates -
Move into Production Modes- 1 of 3 Status Modes
In Setup
In Production
On Hold
"In Setup"can moved to "In Production"
When KPP/QA/QC are complete, & confirmed
Complete Cases"
If any WO completes, PR completes, PR increments, "In Setup" Status automatically Kicks in.
Supervisor simply decides to Complete the PR
Material Lot Change
Supervisor put PR "On Hold", Changes the Material Lot Number in the PR Header, this triggers the closing of the Daily Production Reporting rows for the Press, and the starting of new one.
This new Current Material Lot #, is then used on the KPP, QA1st's, QC Sheets, Daily Production Run reports
