Please review:
When a Supervisor logs in, they are required to close all prior PMPs from the prior shift, that might be open.
They are then presented with a list of Presses and are able to start a PMP for each one as required.
They are able to close a PMP entry screen as needed (complete or not) and return to edit it later, anytime up until the end of the shift. They are encourage to close PMP's when done.
The next Supervisor's login will normally close all PMP regardless.
When Supervisor clicks a Press # Button, they go directly into a PMP edit screen and that PMP automatically records:
Shift/Supervisor
Press
Date
From here the Supervisor can fill out the required fields by section grouping
They can return to any Press and any Section as required during the 12 hour shift
The first PMP for a Press, with particular configurations of Work Orders and Part Numbers will be recorded as a unique Run Config. This will allow the Set values to brought forward to the next PMP on that Press. This provide a time saving and quality control over the Data Entry process.
This is what the Supervisor will see when they login and click PMP
