This work flow shows possible QA sheets and introduces the concept of a RUN ID.
The Concept of the Run has been suggested as an effective time saving strategy for completing PMP in the plant
The RUN ID is defined by
The Press Number
the Combination of the WO Numbers (or Part Numbers) on the Press
The RUN ID as a record, holds the values for the SET Fields Values on each PMP.
This allows a NEW PMP to carry forward the SET Fields Values from the Prior PMP on that Press, if it has an identical RUN ID value.
