The Part Number system is required to generate Work Orders & QA/QC sheets for Production.

Parts INformation

Part Number information Edit & Management Screen

Management - The System allow complete editing of all Part Number characteristics required to generate a Work Order, Print QA/QC sheets for the QA & KPP tracking process.

Part Information Fields

Part Weight Range Colourise if incorrect,

Fields are provided for 1) Production instruction purposes and 2) Production tracking purposes.

Materials, Gauges, Frequency, Mold Base, Part Type, Geometry

Work Orders can be generated directly from the Part Number Management screen

The QA/QC information Edit TAB

The QA/QC information Edit TAB, allows for primary editing of Fields for the HEADER of the 1st Off QA sheet and the QC sheet.

These are printed after the Work Order is generated and from a BUTTON on the Work Order Edit screen

Work Order History TAB

The 3rd TAB, provides a List of Work Orders for this Part Number. The Go To is a link directly to a Work Order issued for this Part Number.

Parts Image TAB

Part Images are stored in folders named by the part number here > U:\DMT_Access\Database\PartImages\xxxxx

Listed images will be shown on a Second Page of the QA/QC sheets

Parts - Multiple Components -

There can now be a Parent Child relationship set between specific Parts

Note: that a Part can now be tagged as a PARENT or CHILD

Parts - Lists

This Parts Internal List will be used in when assigning the Parent to a Production Run.

The Child Parts will be use when displaying the DAILY PRODUCTION REPORT Index
